JK JPN Tours Service Agreement

Introduction

This Private Tour Service Agreement (hereafter referred to as the "Agreement") is by and between:

• Tour Provider: JK JPN Tours, located at Saitama-Ken, Kawaguchishi, Angyojirin 565-8 , hereafter referred to as "Provider", and

• Customer: Tour passenger/s, hereafter referred to as "Customer".

By booking a private car tour with JK JPN Tours, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Tour Services Provided

The Provider agrees to deliver a private car tour experience, which includes:

• Tour Locations: Based on the itinerary or tailored to Customer requests.

• Duration: The duration of travel is dependent on the tour locations and the terms agreed upon by the tour Provider and Customer.

• Vehicle Type: Comfortable transportation for the Customer's tour.

• Driver & Guide Services

• Additional Services: Such services (e.g. Wi-Fi, or others) may be provided given a period of time for reservation with a separate fee.

Pricing & Payment Terms

1. Tour Fees

The total cost of the tour, encompassing vehicle rental, fuel, tolls, and all agreed-upon services, shall be provided upon the final agreement between the Provider and the Customer.

2. Deposit & Balance or Full Payment

2.1 Subject to agreement, full payment may be made before or after the tour.

2.2 With reference to 2.1, a detailed statement will be provided either by email or in print, as per the Customer's request.

2.3 The requirement of a deposit at the time of booking is contingent upon the agreement between the Provider and the Customer.

2.4 With reference to 2.2, upon agreement of a deposit, a detailed statement will be provided either by email or in print, as per the Customer's request.

2.5 With reference to 2.3, the remaining balance must be paid prior to tour commencement.

2.6 With reference to 2.5, upon completion of the remaining balance, a detailed statement will be provided either by email or in print, as per the Customer's request.

Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer

• Cash on Arrival (if applicable)

Customer Cancellations

• More than 5(five) days before the tour: Full refund.

• Less than 24 hours before the tour: Partial refund.

Provider Cancellations

If the Provider must cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, the Customer will receive:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule for a later date.

Liability & Insurance

• The Provider ensures that all vehicles are insured and regularly maintained for safety.

• The Provider is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic, or external events.

• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.

Force Majeure Clause

Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events beyond their control.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through mediation.

• If necessary, disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Japan courts.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Agreement Acceptance

By booking a private car tour with JK JPN Tours, the Customer agrees to all terms stated herein.
