If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with our service, We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

• Service refers to the Website.

• You means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Booking Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your booking 5(five) days before the intended tour without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions for Refund

Eligible for refunds are as follows :

• Requested by You

• If the service was not delivered as described or in cases of unforeseen technical issues.

Refund

We will reimburse You no later than 48 hours from the day on which We receive cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Service, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Partial Refunds

In cases where a service has been partially completed, a pro-rated refund may be offered at our discretion
